Overview

Situated on a hill overlooking a farm valley, the ocean, and Luperon town and mountains in the distance. Beaches and restaurants are close by. Many yachts stop in the bay on the way to the lower Caribbean. Situated on a private property away from the main house, but you have full use of the pool with a tiki hut, wooden deck under the shade of trees and a bar on the roof with a 360 degree view - amazing sunsets!! The condo has cathedral ceilings, queen size bed with a ceiling fan above, inside and outside dining area and a porch with rocking chairs. The whole design is open plan and airy decorated in Caribbean colors.

Location & area

Luperon bay hosts hundreds of boats passing through on route to the Caribbean islands. The little town is very cosmopolitan with bars and restaurants catering to both the tourists and friendly local people.The Dominican economy allows most visitors to enjoy the value of their Dollar or Euro.



You will see cattle being herded through the streets, little mom and pop shops selling fruit and veggies, people sitting in the park just watching life go by. No one is in a hurry to do anything. Cars will stop in the middle of the road to chat to a friend.
