10 apartments completely equiped in downtown Las Terrenas, located in a quiet residential area is the perfect place to stay and know Las Terrenas area. Everything is 10 minutes away (Playa Bonita, Playa Las Terrenas, Pueblo de Pescadores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.).
All the apartments have: one queen size bed, two places sofa, table and four chairs, balcony, stove, coffe maker, blender, plates, cutlery, sheets, towels, etc.
There is a common area with a washing machine.

From Sanchez (El Catey International Airport)
After entering Las Terrenas, look for on your right for a Mail Boxes Etc (MBE), right after MBE on the right (you will find a Rincon Paraíso sign), then drive straight for 300 meters, the big building at the end of the street.
From El Limon (Portillo National Airport)
Once you enter Las Terrenas you need to go straight thru Calle Duarte also known as "Calle Principal", you keep straight on until you get to see "Solucentro" and "KSA" signs on your left side, you will also find a "Rincon Paraíso sign", take a left on the street between "Solucentro" and "KSA", then drive straight for 300 meters, the big building at the end of the street.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
