Overview
Villa Casa Tabiki. Your luxurious holiday beach villa at Playa Coson in Las Terrenas, Samana. Designed 2007 by the well-known architect Roger Peeters of Belgium.
A spacious luxury villa with six bedrooms and six bathrooms en suite, right on the private beach.
The villa with swimmingpool is at a unique location on Playa Coson, a beautiful 10 km, palm fringed, quiet beach with clear, turquoise waters. You will love lounging on the terrace, staring at the ever changing ocean, strolling along the sands on your 'own' beach and swimming, snorkeling or surfing in the warm waves.
The beachfront villa is built on the Punta Coson beach a few hunderd metres from the Wyndham hotel and only 10 minutes from Las Terrenas town.
The villa consists of a complilation of 5 independent houses which are melted together in a V-form. The top of the V is directed towards the beach. This compilation was placed on a 2 meter high platform to protect the villa from the sea and to create the best view over the beach and the ocean.
In the length of this V-form and squaring on the beach two infinity swimming pools are placed to give the whole design an even extra architectural dimension.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
