Both Cayman vacation cottages are located across the street from the ocean making these an economical Cayman vacation property for budget travelers to the Grand Cayman Islands. Tropical Breeze Cottage and Royal Palm Cottage both offer guests stunning ocean views that include magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The two Cayman style vacation rental cottages are connected only by the pool deck and are therefore two separate Cayman Island style vacation island cottages. The affordable Grand Cayman vacation cottages share the gardens, the pool and the beach (across the street) of the property.
Tropical Breeze Cottage is a relaxing Caribbean vacation rental featuring 2 king beds, 3 queens and sleeps 10 persons including all children over the age of 2 years. Bedrooms of this Cayman rental can accommodate hotel sized cribs (more compact then full size cribs) or rectangle pack n plays. Each bedroom of the Grand Cayman vacation rental property has a TV, split A/C units, ceiling fans and alarm clocks. Each bathroom is en-suite with 4 sets of towels, a walk in shower and blow dryers.
Royal Palm Cottage features its own front porch and has two spacious bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This Grand Cayman vacation rental sleeps up to 6 persons including all children over the age of 2 years, it has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed (ocean view) and a full size sleeper (both bedrooms have ample space to accommodate full size cribs or twin roll away beds, allowing it to sleep adults with kids; however the main living space of this Grand Cayman budget friendly rental would be tight with more than 6 persons. Both bedrooms in this Cayman vacation rental have split A/C's and ceiling fans as does the living room. The queen bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens out onto an ocean view porch, perfect for unwinding with a glass of your favorite tropical island beverage while listening to the rhythmic sounds of the waves caressing the shore.

Our beach Please do not except to find a precision-raked sand beach at our property (if we had this, we could not offer cheap Cayman islands vacation rates); however, we do have lounge chairs and hammocks for our guests, great snorkeling and warm Caribbean ocean waters and other Grand Cayman white sand beaches are a short commute in either direction.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
