Overview

Nested on a quiet lagoon amid lush tropical foliage, this is a perfect place for a family or a romantic get-away. An open design Island House that brings nature and the island breeze indoors. The Island House, a pleasant 45 minutes ride from the airport in Georgetown, is steps away from the famous Rum Point Beach where waterspouts or hammocks and seaside dining await.



The first floor with beautiful appointed rooms and white tile floors throughout. The living/dining area is comfortable and spacious.



A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, half bath and casual TV/Reading room complete the lower level.



Features a two story screened in lanai with "Jacuzzi".



Upstairs has two air conditioned bedroom suites, (one king size and the other two double beds) each with full private baths, walk-in closets and private balcony's overlooking the lagoon
