This is a fully-furnished self-catering apartment, which occupies the ground floor of a two-family residence. It is located in an upscale neighbourhood - Rowans Park St. George, which is the central part of the island. There is however relatively easy access to beaches which are approximately 15 minutes away as well as grocery shopping and public transportation. All rooms are spacious, and the bedrooms contain two double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and cooking utensils. There is also television and telephone.
