It was such a real treat for me to spend my all too short time living more like a local than a tourist. I am not a fan of eating fish, but Elise, that Flying Fish fillet you gave me that evening was a real treat. 'Bajan fish and 'Bajan cooking - that's the ticket! And Sylvan, thank you again for following me out to the airport, bringing me my left behind reading glasses - very very kind and considerate of you indeed! There is something about Barbados that is magic for me. I am glad I used public transport to get about instead of renting a car - it gave me another feel of being a "local" - and it surely saved some dollars. Oistins is quite the bustling place and your location was perfect for what I wanted to do. All the best to you and I hope I can do this again next February on my school break. Bob, Canada
