The apartment is one of 3, situated on the ground floor of a recently built, privately owned, beautiful property. Photos are available on request. It has stunning views (some say the best on the island) that you can enjoy sipping a cocktail from the deck or relaxing in the property's private pool. It is equipped with all the commodities you would expect (air cond, fully equipped kitchen, washing/drying facilities etc).
Exuma is in the heart of the Bahamian Family islands. It offers breathtakingly beautiful scenery, numerous beaches where you will be the only one there and the friendliest of atmospheres! There are plenty of local eateries and watering holes to keep you entertained at night, if you so chose. Day time can be simply relaxing on the beach or at the pool, or choosing thru numerous water based activities offered on the island such as fishing, diving, snorkeling, kite surfing, kayaking, etc, or exploring the many creeks and natural harbors.
The owner resides upstairs and will make sure your stay is comfortable, personable and friendly this will be a trip you will remember!

The apartment is on the ground floor. It consists of a large open plan area: a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a dining area and a sitting area, where the convertible sofa bed is situated. Double French doors give access to a wrap around porch with outstanding view of Elizabeth harbor. Access to the bathroom is possible from the entrance hallway and from the bedroom for complete privacy. The large double bedroom also has double French doors with the same beautiful views to be enjoyed directly when relaxing in bed. Air conditioning is available as individual circuits in both parts for ultimate comfort.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
