An exceptionally picturesque drive through a verdant valley of banana and mango trees takes you first past Spring Hill Riding Club before reaching over the crest of the hill to reveal the first of many breath-taking panoramic sea views.

The Carib House encompasses everything you would dream of. Up the gravel driveway winding though the lush gardens with hundreds of tropical trees and flowers, the Carib House offers the most luxurious accommodation. Built in Caribbean Colonial style, this villa has five generous double bedrooms including a separate guest cottage and self-contained Garden apartment, all with screens and ceiling fans.

The cooling trade winds of the West Indies mean there is no need for air conditioning (it has never been asked for yet!)

The use of Trinidadian Mahogany and local limestone coupled with an elegantly furnished neutral-toned interior gives the house a warm, tranquil air. Stone pathways through the gardens lead to Turtle Bay Beach a few minutes away. Gazing across the swimming pool through the rustling bamboo to the horizon, it is the melodic sound of the ocean waves 60ft below that first strikes you…and stays with you long after you have left.

Ideal for an intimate retreat, a large family holiday, a group getaway or a romantic honeymoon, with large spacious areas and plenty of entertaining room, the Carib House is also the perfect vacation rental from which to entertain. The main house and terrace is built 60’ above sea level and is positioned to take advantage of the cooling Caribbean sea breezes. The nearest beach is only a two minute stroll away and there are boating marinas available within 10 minutes. The house has fantastic views over Falmouth Harbour and the Caribbean Sea, on a clear day you can see nearby islands Guadeloupe and Montserrat. Located at the southern tip of Antigua on Falmouth Harbour it is a 25 minute drive from St Johns and/or the airport, and a 5-10 minute drive to famous Nelsons Dockyard and all the restaurants and bars located in English Harbour
