Overview

The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens.

The Deluxe Apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All Deluxe are 125 square meters in size.

The master bedroom is located towards the front of the Deluxe with views over the pool. The Bathroom is en suite and shared with the guest bedroom with shower. There is also a guest toilet near the entrance to the Deluxe.

The development has a large swimming pool which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse There is a separate kids pool section for less experienced swimmers.

The Clubhouse has a reception desk to assist guests with personal requirements and a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet café and gymnasium. There is also a pool bar and external recreation area that guests may make use of.

The Deluxe Apartments are privately owned and are made available for rent according to Phuket Island Property Services standards for furnishing and services.

The Deluxe Apartments are fully furnished and appointed to include linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.
