This detached bungalow is just a 4 minute walk to Jomtien beach making it the perfect location for beach lovers, single groups and families, the kids will love it. The bungalow has just been renovated and has all the comforts of home with TV's in all the bedrooms (all with en-suite) and a huge 50 inch home theatre surround sound TV in the lounge to watch the latest movies. This fantastic holiday home has a large open plan lounge, dining area and well equipped European kitchen. The bungalow has everything you need for your perfect holiday. Just a 10 minute walk to the local bars & restaurants.

Enjoy a sizzling BBQ In the private tropical gardens which surround the pool. Perfect for sunbathing with an outdoor shower to cool off under and is great for a quick wash before and after a nice refreshing swim whenever you want, without the restrictions of hotels limited swimming times. When you want some shade from the hot sun, relax on the covered patio terrace by the poolside. When the sun goes down, have a walk to the beach to photograph some amazing sunsets.

The master bedroom and 3rd bedroom look out onto the swimming pool and gardens. The 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed and is also fitted out with an office desk and computer system with high speed internet access. Or just plug the modem into your own laptop. Great for keeping in touch with family or business back home.

Location & area

The 6 kilometre long beach is popular with wind surfers and water sports enthusiasts and is the best beach area for these activities. Jomtien is quieter and more relaxing than Pattaya Beach, making it perfect for groups of couples and families.



Pattaya, just 10 minutes from the bungalow by Baht bus taxi, is Thailand's original tourist resort with a heady mix of naughty nightlife, great restaurants, sunny beaches, curious attractions, family friendly leisure parks and good value shopping. Just 90 minutes from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, this lively city is a multi cultural destination with everything you want for an exciting holiday.



There is so much for you to see and do in and around Jomtien & Pattaya you really need to stay here for weeks to see it all.
The activities available include, water sports, para-sailing, jet skiing, bungee-jumping, elephant back riding, deep-sea, shore and freshwater fishing, scuba diving, sailing, swimming in the pool or the sea, golf, go kart racing, polo, gyms and fitness training, shopping, cycling, bowling, running, tennis, snooker, shooting, archery, cooking courses, yoga, kick boxing, tai chi, meditation, beauty and relaxation spas, tropical gardens, nearby islands with crystal clear water, water park, or just walking by the sea. Of course there are discos and hundreds of bars and restaurants for your evening entertainment. A trip to Pattaya would not be complete without a visit to the world famous Walking Street.



Car rental is available locally but is NOT for the timid or recommended as the locals on motorbikes and in cars can make driving here a very dangerous experience. If you have an accident here the police will attend and you as a foreigner will almost certainly be at fault, not the Thai person! Any damage costs can add considerable expense to your holiday. Apart from that parking in Pattaya is extremely difficult as there are so many cars here, so finding a parking space is never easy and you usually end up walking a long way from the car to your destination anyway.
