This fabulous bungalow was built with pure luxury in mind. With over 7 years of experience in holiday/vacation rentals at Jomtien Beach near Pattaya, Thailand Holiday Homes decided to add another level to our already existing poerfolio of 20 properties. 5 bedrooms all ensuite, fitted out in hand made solid teak furniture, an LCD TV with DVD player to every bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped right down to the dishwasher with a bay window for Mum to gaze over the vast pool to keep an eye on the children.

In excess of 70 square metres of living area furnished in teak and leather with a massive teak dining table suitable for a banquet. 49" LCD TV, DVD player and surround sound system to add to your enjoyment. Four pane patio doors reach out to the turquoise inviting pool with a specimin Koi pond beyond.
Ample garden seating, sunbeds with umbrellas to ensure your return home feeling refreshed and totally relaxed.
Maid service, all utility charges and a free car with full insurance is included in the price. Unmatched anywhere in Pattaya or Jomtien.

Kitchen: Fully fitted, white granite worktops, appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and extractor, rice cooker, even a fitted safe. In-fact, everything you need to test your culinary skills. Don't want to cook then use our cook and enjoy some exotic Thai cooking.

Living rooms: The living area is spacious and furnished in a beautiful contemporary style and equipped with a satellite or cable receiver, a widescreen TV and DVD player with surround sound system. It opens into a dining area with a ten seat dining suite for that home Banquet!
Other: At the South end of the living area is a whicker suit that seats 8 looking out over the pool through four pane sliding doors.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: These bright and spacious villas come with a daily maid service, all towels and linen are provided - but please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is also available close-by and very cheap. (Now door to door service at no extra charge)
