Overview
Within easy walking distance of the bay, but remains a secluded and tranquil retreat balanced with stylish living. The distinctive design, luxury finishes and attention to detail underline the quality of this fantastic holiday villa. The villa has its own permiter walls for seclusion, with a private road and car port hidden away behind secure gates.
The villa stands in 400 square meters of land with a total living space of 250 square meters.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms with unsuited bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, combined large lounge and dining room for relaxing dinners and evening entertainment, a private pool, pool sala and landscaped gardens.
All amenities needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday are in the house. One of the finest beaches
The villa has television and home cinema with DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.
There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool (approx.25 sqm.), a garden, a patio area. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
