If staying in a resort is not for you, this tiny villa is just a few minutes walk from Kantiang's fabulous beach.
Wake up to the call of the monkeys, watch sea-eagles soar above the trees and feel at one with nature.
The Robron Jungle Villa is one of only a handful of self-catering accommodation options on Koh Lanta.
If you are planning a longer trip or vacation – this might be the perfect option for you. Ronnie and Robert are on-hand to help with day to day questions (where to buy bread, how to get around the island- or just a chat) and if you can persuade them to invite you for dinner… ( I'll let you in to a secret- Robert is a rather good chef!)
Kantiang Bay in the southern part of the island of Lanta is known for it's spectacular crystal clear seawater and soft white sand, romantic sunsets in utmost privacy, this is why Kantiang beach has come to symbolize a hideaway in Lanta for relaxing in natural surroundings.
Only minutes away from nice local bars and restaurants.
Ban Sala Dan village, in the north of the island is about 20 km away. This is Lanta's commercial center where visitors arrive. It is a row of shops, seafood restaurants on stilts above the water, tour operators and banks.
Lanta Old Town , in the east of the island is worth a visit, it's a pitoresque village with chinese timber shop-houses dating back 100 years.
