This privately-owned oceanfront villa is located at the south end of Old Town and a five minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Coconut House is a two bedroom, one bathroom home made of gorgeous hardwood and that sits on stilts directly over the sea. The view over the harbour and beyond to Ko Ngai and the archipelago is absolutely stunning. The 133 sqm villa offers all the modern conveniences you'll need to live in comfort and style.

The expansive master bedroom is in the top story of this two-story villa. There are two Thai Day beds in the living room plus the 2nd bedroom/office with air conditioning on the first floor has two single beds. All offer splendid ocean views. Location & area

Lanta Old Town is a quaint village on Ko Lanta's East Coast in Krabi Province. Many years ago, Lanta Old Town acted as the port and commercial center for the island and provided safe harbor for Arabic and Chinese trading vessels sailing between the larger ports of Phuket, Penang and Singapore. Today, Lanta Old Town is the district capital; it has a post office, police station, Buddhist temple, Chinese temple and the island's hospital as well as a long pier.
The same daily activities and traditional structures, such as traditional markets, longtail fishing boats and Chinese shop houses built over the sea remain as they did when the town served as one of Thailand's busiest merchant hubs.
