Nice and quiet location but very accessible. Only about 10 min. drive (if no traffic)to Ortigas Commercial Business District. Near Robinson's Galleria, SM Megamall, Shangri-la Plaza. Within 5 minutes walk to Ever Gotesco Mall. About 45 minutes to the international airport & Makati.

Condo is in East Ortigas Mansions, along Ortigas Ave. Extension.

East Ortigas Mansions is an exclusive resort-type complex with high standard facilities and modern day conveniences.

Features and amenities of the condo complex include a huge swimming pool, children's wading pool , multi-level clubhouse,playground for kids, well-landscaped jogging and bicycle path, game room with billiards, table tennis and darts, tennis court, basketball court, function rooms, 24-hour security, individual drying area at the roof deck, low density condo buildings, walking distance to Ever Gotesco Mall and other shops & restaurants and Wi-Fi Internet facility.

The unit (just finished in July 2005) is elegantly fully-furnished with the following:
Living room furniture, dining table & chairs,telephone, cooking range & oven with cooker hood,complete kitchen cabinetry, refrigerator & freezer,electric kettle,fully-automatic washing machine, 21" flat TV, airconditioners in the 2 bedrooms,electric fan, queen-size bed in master's bedroom, double-sized bed in other bedroom, side table with lamp & closets, shower water heater ,bidet shower/hose, ironing board and iron, complete cooking ware & utensils, dining ware, glassware, bedlinen & towels.
+Note: Other units available might not have exactly the same furnishings as above

Booking/Cancellation Policy:
In order to confirm your stay, a security deposit of USD200 must be paid at the time of booking. This can be paid online (also with credit cards through online remittance services ) , by wire tranfer, money order (i.e. Western Union) or in cash.
This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.

The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you on departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional amounts required immediately on request from us.

The total cost of your stay must be received by us
on or before the day of your arrival.
If you have not paid in full and on time
we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
In this case the cancellation charges set out below will be payable.
