Overview

Mayfields Park is a new,secure,Asian-styled condo complex located close to all the major business districts,and major shopping malls in Manila. Our condo is furnished to a very high standard,with every facility you will need for a vacation or working stay,providing a spacious and very affordable alternative to hotels.

Mayfields features a beautiful smimming pool and garden complex,with a two story clubhouse, with karaoke suite, and 61 inch screen, and free wf-fi access. Basketball, badminton, and other sports facilities are available to guests. Mayfields is a gated secure community which has 24 hour security.

OUR CONDOMINIUM

Our condominium has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with double bed, and one a single bed and an additional pull out bed. Cable TV, video, internet free phone and ADSL internet connection are all provided in the apartment. Complete Bathroom and Bedroom linen (with replacements) are also provided. An automatic washing machine is provided on the private roof deck, and ironing service is available on request. Purified water is available free of charge.

Located on the 5th (top floor), you will enjoy excellent views of Ortigas Center and Eastwood.

SERVICES

Taxi, MRT and LRT and local transport.
Maid service is available for $15 (1.5 hrs).
Baby sitting service is available at $10 per hour.
Meet and pick up from airport (40 minutes away) is available for
$40. Driver available for $70 per day (Manila only).
Food deliveries are also available from all the local fast food
services.
