RENTAL:
DAILY : USD 50 Including Utility Charges
WEEKLY : USD 295 to US$ 350 Including Utility Charges
MONHTLY : USD 1050 Including Utility Charges
RESERVATION FEE: US$100

A reservation fee is required in order to secure the bookings payable on reservation, this is deductible from rental.
The balance for Weekly or Monthly rental must be paid one week before the arrival date or at the time of reservation
If the full payment is not received on time the booking will be treated as cancelled
The reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking

Payable in advance prior to letting
The security deposit is fully refundable on departure after property inspection
