Overview

This spacious, interior decorated, fully-furnished 1 BR suite, complete with a living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen is located in the prestigious Astoria Plaza Hotel in Ortigas Center.
Not only will you enjoy staying in a 4-star hotel, you will also enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to mega shopping malls (SM Mega Mall, Shangri-la Plaza, The Podium, etc.),restaurants & entertainment centers, major business establishments & offices, Edsa Shangri-la Hotel and the Metro Rail Transit (MRT). It is also just about 7 km to the Makati Business District and 15 km to the Manila International & Domestic Airports.
The unit is fully airconditioned and has a multi-point water heater for hot &cold water. It also has a back-up power supply in case of power outages.

Rates:
USD300/week for a minimum of 4 weeks stay
USD385/week for a minimum of 2 weeks stay
USD420/week for stays of less than 2 weeks
Rates are for 2 occupants and inclusive of utility bills. An extra charge will be applied for additional occupants.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to confirm your stay, a security deposit of USD200/PHP10,000 must be paid at the time of booking. This can be paid online , by wire tranfer, money order (i.e. Western Union) or in cash.
This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.

The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you on departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional amounts required immediately on request from us.

The total cost of your stay must be received by us
on or before the day of your arrival.
If you have not paid in full and on time
we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
In this case the cancellation charges set out below will be payable.
