Overview
Your dream come true: a villa on the beach of a tropical paradise. Beautiful and comfortable, spacious, beautiful garden, right on the sandy beach, with a fabulous mountain view. And all of this within reach of some of the most fabulous diving spots in the world!
A splendid house, overlooking the sea and Cebu-island, large enough to accommodate a dozen of people, fully furnished, six bedrooms with toilet and hot/cold shower, and sports facilities: billiards, basketball, table tennis and, of course, swimming and snorkelling in the always inviting sea with it's colourful coral reefs. Several dive shops offer diving trips along the coast, to nearby Apo island and Sumilon island. It's the ideal place to go with a whole family, a group of divers or simply with friends.
Our beach house is located in Sibulan, Negros-Oriental, 5km away from the Airport and only 15 minutes drive to the center of Dumaguete. Four daily flights connect Dumaguete with Manila, and the rest of the world. By boat it's linked to Cebu and other places in the Philippines.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
