Overview
You can now rent this newly built private villa. Spectacular view of the beach and mountains ! Weather is cool especially at late afternoon til nightime. Very relaxing atmosphere and good for family and honeymooners & adventurers
This is to give you information on the private vacation villa. Its a property situated in 1800 square meter lot. Consist of 4 bedrooms all has a queen size bed. Complete with a full kitchen, sala, tv, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser with free 5 gals Agua Vida water per day. all furnitures made out of bamboo. The villa also has 2 toilet and bathroom at the second floor, 2 shower rooms and toilet at the ground floor. Roofdeck for partying at night, an outdoor jacuzzi
a concrete 4 bedroom villa with now two (2) bahay kubo are available , a wide parking area inside and outside the villa. The property is surrounded by coconut trees and mountain view. You can also enjoy the stunning view of the sea! The soft wind is also very relaxing. also has boardgames , dart for free use and a videoke machine (extra charge of 500)
It will require a short walk to the beach or you can bring down your car down the beach and park nearby.
We required our guest to pay in full 7 days before the the intended date of stay. Book and Pay only sa Office namin. We will issue a reservation voucher.

Villa Violeta is the perfect vacation place , a private villa where you can enjoy peace and quiet, panoramic views of hills and mountains, and white sand beaches of La Playa Laiya san Juan Batangas. Nestled along a hillside, Villa Violeta is composed of a 4 bedroom villa and a bahay kubo. Yet, it's only a short walk to the beach, so the guests can still enjoy the powdery white sand. ( walk is good for the heart! ). For a more relaxed approach, guests can laze around or take a dip in the jacuzzi.
