Overview

The holiday home is situated 200mts from the beach at Ngunguru on the Tutukaka coast, with some of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand within 10 minutes drive. At Tutukaka marina you can take a boat to the world famous Poor Knights Island. The home has been completely renovated to a high standard and is set on a 809M2 block, open lawns at the front with numerous fruit trees, at the rear a small garden set in native bush. The property is set back off a quiet road down a concrete driveway, plenty of room for cars or motorhomes. Within 2 mins walk there is a convenient store, diving and surf hire store, takeaway, restaurent and sports club offering golf, tennis, bowls, within the clubhouse a bar and restaurant.

The home includes, 2 bedrooms one with double bed the other with single and bunks. The bathroom has a separate shower as well as a bath. Other facilities include laundry TV stove microwave fridge/freezer.
Within 10kms there is numerous beaches,some surfing, some swimming set in the most beautiful spots you could imagine.
