Overview

Your ideal colonial style holiday retreat in the heart of Taupo. All the mod-cons you need to make it an enjoyable, relaxing stay.
Character 1920's grand holiday cottage. 6 Bedrooms with 3 living areas, 3 dining areas & 2 bathrooms. Great indoor – outdoor flow with a tranquil country garden setting. Lovely views of Lake Taupo from the upstairs sunroom. Great location within walking distance to town & the lake. Plenty of parking for a boat & fully fenced.
Bed 1 – 1 x queen bed.
Bed 2 – 1 x double bed.
Bed 3 – 3 x single beds (or King Bed plus single)
Bed 4 - 1 x bunk beds plus 1 x single trundler bed.
Bed 5 (open to 2nd living area) - 1 x queen bed.
Bed 6 (off main lounge)- 1 x single bed.
2 Bathrooms - each containing bath (1 with spa bath), shower & toilet.
Fully fitted Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, & Dishwasher.
Main lounge has Sky TV, DVD,& Stereo.
2nd living area has TV & video. Washing Machine, ironing board & iron, Gas BBQ & outdoor furniture. Gas central heating piped throughout house, + gas fire in main lounge & Wood Burner fire in 2nd living area.
