Angus House is, a quiet, comfortable home with two guest bedrooms, and one guest bathroom. We invite you to enjoy the sunny deck overlooking the swimming pool and countryside. Relax in the privacy of a guest lounge, or share the family lounge. Self serve tea and coffee available for your convenience at all times, as are laundry facilities. Location & area

Angus House is only 1km from Otorohanga, which is known as the Kiwi town of New Zealand. It is a small friendly town. Displays of “Kiwiana” are scattered throughout the retail area providing great interest, as is the giant spinning wheel and the hanging baskets adorning the main street. The Kiwi House and Aviary are a must for visitors.



Local activities beyond Otorohanga include the famous Waitomo Caves only 20km away where there is a host of things to do – adventure caving, blackwater rafting, abseiling, and horse trekking. Trout fishing, bush walks, farm and garden visits are amongst the other attractions the region provides.
