Imagine 10 acres of parkland surrounded by forest! This is Mount Richmond Estate with fully equipped, newly refurbished motel units. Set on a plateau just a couple of kms from Rai Valley township with excellent access from Havelock (20mins), Blenheim (50mins), Picton, and Nelson (50mins).
Individual cabin units are two bedroom with modern, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/diner with TV, dvd player and freeview. All units have a north facing deck for that sunny aspect. Air conditioned for your comfort.
Great location to explore the Marlborough Sounds, with Elaine Bay, Cissy Bay, Duncan Bay, Tennyson Inlet and French Pass for boating, fishing, kayaking. Horseriding only ten minutes away. Experience the Tui Nature Reserve, a boat ride away at Waitata Bay in the Sounds.
