Kaikoura Holiday House offers modern and spacious self catering accommodation with stunning panoramic views over the Peninsula to the seal colony and the ocean, Kaikoura holiday house is non-smoking.
The charming seaside cottage has recently been completely renovated with double glazed windows and sliding doors, gas water heating, new kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and laundry. Front and rear decks to enjoy the views and with a fully fenced large garden and lawn. A specimen Palm tree graces the front lawn. The holiday house will sleep 4 - 8 people in comfort with plenty of off road parking.

The beach house is situated on the picturesque Kaikoura headland known as the Peninsula overlooking the village and Pacific Ocean and only minutes drive to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the native walking tracks to beach, Whale Watch, Kaikoura Township, Dolphin Encounter, Seal Colony or South Bay.
