Cosy,sunny,character(circa early 1900's) cottage situated in historic Havelock, gate- way to the world famous Marlborough Sounds.
Cottage is fully self contained and suitable for long or short stays. Across the road from the sea, it's a 5 minute stroll from the property to the town centre, museum and (fresh seafood) restaurants, supermarket, hotels, shops, etc. Havelock is the birth place of Sir Ernest Rutherford, who split the atom. Full range of out door activities available including boating, diving, fishing, cycling, tramping, etc, etc. Havelock is about 20 minutes drive from Blenheim. the premier grape growing region. It is also about an hour's drive from Nelson, sun-shine capital of New Zealand.
