The apartment is a generous 1535sq ft or 145 sq mtr with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been set up to sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom having a king bed + ensuite with bath and shower.The
2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. Built in wardrobes are in all the rooms.

The living / dining area has comfortable leather lounge suites + a large 8 seater dining table 29" flat screen TV [cable TV}, home theatre system.

The kitchen has an elec oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster etc + all the pots, pans, woks cutlery crockery etc you will need to cook up a treat.

For your security and peace of mind there are panic buttons in the master bedroom and the living room + a direct line to ecurity. The other two bathrooms have showers.

With floor to ceiling windows all around allowing in an abundance of natural light and extra large balconies off the master bedroom & the living area you can enjoy the spectacular views no mattter where you
are in the apartment.

Located in a resisdential area there is a local market open very day from 6.00a.m to 12.00 noon [walking distance] for fresh fruits veges, meats etc you can also walk to the local shopping centre, banks, restaurants & public transport. Located on-site we have a japanese tea house, cafe, Kuala Lumpur performing arts centre and the Sentul Koi Centre where they breed & import , export and sell the koi fish. It is a great place to live and a fantastic place for people to stay whilst on vacation.
