Our beach villas are a real gem of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Located just 14 KM from Kota Kinabalu International airport and 20km to the city centre. All villas are beautiful two-level houses with a living space of more than 2300 sqft (including outdoor area). It is air-conditioned throughout. There is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, full size built-in wardrobe in 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sea view balconies, 1 patio overlooking the ocean, large modern kitchen, laundry facilities and internet connection. Holidaying in a villa with a superb view of the South China Sea, with steps to the quiet white sandy beach, that allows you to stroll to the nearby islands during low tide, would definitely create an unforgettable tropical holiday experience in paradise Borneo. Our tastefully decorated villa can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably so it is perfect for a romantic holiday for 2, a family vacation, or getaway with friends. Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
It even came with a maid service! WOW! At first, I thought I would choose a cheaper one, but then thought no, I will choose this one as maybe it costs more because its better. I was right. It was better! The rooms were bigger, the living room and dining room was bigger. Everything in this villa was brand new and of high standard.
What I liked most was probably the relaxing atmosphere. What a great place to holiday and chill out and read, play my guitar! It felt like a home away from home. I could easily stay there forever! I will definately come back again and again.
