This is your property ?
Overview
Unlike many other Balinese complexes, Villa Paradiso Perduto as part of the unique Tony's T-Houses offers visitors the chance to stay in an environmentally friendly and ecologically sustainable compound which is also part of Balinese village life and culture.
Therefore there is the opportunity for much interaction with the local people, whom you will observe working in ricefields, gardens and so on, as well as passing through the Villas walkways and working around them during their daily routines.
T-House Kelod and T-House Kaja are part of the Banjar Abiansemal in Desa Lodtunduh, which has approximately 12,000 people in 12 Banjars. Each Banjar is responsible for local security, public order, celebrations, maintenance of public property, Temples and so on.
Kadek is your housekeeper, who will cook your breakfasts, clean the Villa daily and launder the bedsheets and bath towels as required. Her father is one of the security guards for T-Houses as well as for the Banjar.
Lowest daily price is for 1-2 persons only and during low seasons only. Peak season prices are higher.
Any personal laundering of clothes is your responsibility. If you require Kadek to wash your clothes for you, then please negotiate a fair price with her. The Villa is equipped with a modern, automatic washing machine as well as a clothes dryer. However, we ask you to consider the environment as well as excessive water and electricity consumption, which causes a drain on precious village resources. Air or sun dry your clothes also as much as possible, thank you. There are also now large sliding glass doors onto the front patio/deck. John & Gai.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
