Sama residency is located at 7 Siri Fort Road, in the heart of South Delhi, close to major residential and shopping areas of South Delhi (Greater Kailash, South Extension, and Saket).
Siri Fort Road is close to the Siri Fort Auditorium and Sports Complex, as well as the ASIAD Games village.
The Siri Fort Park, one of Delhi's largest green belts is located opposite the apartment provided an opportunity for outdoor walks, jogging, etc.
All bedrooms have access to our beautifully furnished living and dining room, with terrace.
Rooms come with cooked breakfast included. Other meals can be provided on request. In addition we provide laundry services, and broadband internet access in all rooms. Cleanliness and security are assured to our guests.
The Sama residency is located adjacent to Sama Hospital, ensuring round the clock services and access to emergency medical care, if required. Guest are also welcome to used our office facilities for an extra charge.
