Fully furnished apartment for rent / lease in Safdarjung Enclave (New Delhi, India), 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living cum dining room, fully equipped kithcen, first floor, with one reserved car parking. Covered area 1400 sq.ft. Very airy and ventilated. 14 years old apartment, not luxurious, but very nicely maintained and upto date, fitted w/ latest gadgets and fixtures.

Specifications - Ceiling height wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms and kitchen, marble flooring.

Furniture - Sofa-sets, dining table w/ 6 chairs, 3 double beds w/ new mattresses and pillows, study table w/ chair, and decoration items in the living room.

Electrical Appliances - Four air-conditioners, refrigerator, inverter for power backup (only for fans and lights), washing machine, microwave oven, television with cable connection, gas stove w/ cylinder, fans, lights, geysers in all 3 bathrooms.

Water and Electricity connection - Separate for the first floor. The bills have to be directly paid to the concerned authority. Water storage tanks on roof top.

Location - Connaught Place 7 km, India Gate 5 km, Embassy area 2 km, Railway station 7 km, Domestic airport 7 km, Int'l airport 7 km. Posh hotels, restaurants, banks, doctors, chemist, taxi stand; all these closeby.
