Overview
Our luxury villa in Goa, built on Calangute beach, is the ideal family sun destination.
Villa Alina consists of The Main House and The Cottage, which can be rented together or separately.
The Main House has four large en-suite bedrooms with aircon and can easily sleep between eight and ten people depending on group size and number of children.
The lounge is located at the centre of the house and has TV with Sky channels.
Perfect Al fresco dining on the large back veranda area with table and seating for twelve people and many more, overlooking the infinity swimming pool.
The perfect place to enjoy the famous Goa beach sunsets is on The Balcony' which can be reached via a spiral staircase from the back veranda.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and water filter.
There is a house manager at hand as well as a housemaid to clean daily and offer extra services such as washing, ironing & cooking.

Villa Alina feels like an oasis of tranquillity in the midst of the enjoyable hustle and bustle of the surrounding area.
There are many wonderful things to do around the area, but perhaps best of all is hanging out on the beach. Apart from playing beach ball with the French contingent at Cafe Roma, there are many water sports or dolphin watching and amazing gourmet food and drinks to enjoy.
Other places to visit locally are Anjuna, the night market, Mapusa and the capital Panjim.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and water filter. Our maid is happy to do some cooking, washing and ironing for you if you require it. Separate charges apply. We suspect you might not use the kitchen much, as Calangute is famous for it delicious array of foods that include traditional Goan, Indian, Italian, French, Fusion.and of course, English! Many restaurants have had excellent reviews from Elle, Harpers, the Times and the Guardian.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
