Overview

Rustically restored colonial house in Aldona, North Goa, away from the noisy tourist areas, but close to shops, markets, public transport. 325 m2 house on 1650 m2 plot. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, pantry, kitchen, study. Semi furnished with fridge, stove (and gas cylinders), two linen cupboards (plus 2 built in cupboards), sofa set, two double beds, dining table with chairs, writing desk and assorted corner tables. 3 phrase electricity connection, phone connection. Garden with fruit trees, bbq patio with a view of the river. Nice neighbors.



Can provide part-time maid if required, for Rs 800 per month, who will dust, sweep/clean floors and bathrooms, etc. but no cooking. Can also provide a scooter for a hire fee of Rs 1500 per month, provided you carry an international driver's license.



Pets are okay, as long as they don't trash the place.



Long term lease only (6 to 11 months, renewable) Deposit required, plus 2 month's rent advance. The price is Rs 20,000 per month.



Currently rented, will be available in October 2006.
