Our beach villa overlooks Rarotonga's prime swimming and snorkelling spots. White sandy beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. Relaxing on your own private beach under swaying coconut palm fronds or watching fascinating sunsets close each magical day can all be enjoyed from the privacy of our outdoor verandah. The rippling gentle waves are only a footstep away from your doorstep. Come see for yourself and share this magical paradise with us.

Our villa is located on the south side of Rarotonga in the village of Titikaveka. It is convenient to local dairy stores,cafes and rental bike companies. The district also has excellent walking treks, local guide tours and also hosts our reknown coconut king whose show is a must to watch.

Amenities & services
Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and all kitchen utensils including teatowels.
The bedrooms are airconditioned and also have ceiling fans. The super king sized beds can also be transformed into single beds as well. Each bedroom has it's own shower/toilet complete with towel rails and tooth brush holders. Linen, towels and face cloths are provided.
The lounge boasts a mini stereo/cd system and tv which airs all local programs.
For recreation, single kayaks are available with masks and snorkels and sunlounges. There are also 2 outdoor showers.
There is also an outdoor BBQ complete with outdoor dining table and chairs.
The laundry facility is also on site.
The villa is serviced every Mondays at 11.00am on a weekly basis.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
