A brand new Condo is available with very nice big master bedroom, second bedroom, living room, and dining room combo, one beautiful kitchen, one nice bathroom, and two balconies. The property is on the seventh floor with elevators of the best resident building located on the main campus of Guangzhou Medical College, 195 West Dong Feng Road, Yue Xiu District, Guangzhou, China, near a beautiful Liuhua Lake Park. It is very safe and convenient to live on the campus and to work around the campus. 24-hour-duty security guard, underground parking spaces, athletics center and cafeteria are within the campus. It is about two blocks away from Chinese Export Commodities Fair (CECF) Liuhua Complex, close to C exit of Guangzhou Metro line #2, three bus-stops to Sun Yat-sen University Medical College and its affiliated Hospitals, five minutes walk to many bus stops around the campus from which you can easily reach almost all interesting places of Guangzhou, and five minutes walk to top banks such as Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and China Agricultural Bank. There are additional major hospitals, supermarkets, kindergarten, elementary, middle and high schools, grocery stores, clubs, and restaurants with a wide variety of style and flavor nearby the campus. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioners, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, water heater and shower system, gas oven, convenient power outlets, phone outlets, surround speaker outlets, internet and TV cables. The rent is 4,000 RMB per month (or 510 USD per month), but DOES NOT include utilities. Cheaper rent can be negotiated for longer rent period. According to the practice in Guangzhou, tenant should pay at least two months' rent as a deposit and pay the monthly rent at the beginning of each month. When the tenancy expires, the deposit will be refunded if the apartment including furniture and electric appliances are in good condition.
