Overview
The apartment is located in Huilongguan area,one of biggest residential quarter in Beijing, China.
It is called "rural Scenery". It has fresh air and blue sky. You can see the mountain view from here.
It is a superior quality area. 24 hours security. There are tennis court and badminton court and a beautiful garden in it.
It is 20 minutes to go to the Olympic Park and the Sport Olympic Games in 2008, the tennis game,the field hockey and archery game will be hold in it.
In spare time, you can go to Tian'anmen Square, the National Theatre, 798 Modern Art Center, Shichahai Relax Area and Wangfujng Business Street easily by the 13th subway which is 100 meters from here.
There are 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchen and 2 single toilets. It is furnished, orderly condition. The electrical appliances and some necessities are prepared. 24 hours hot water and high-speed internet access can be provided.
If it is necessary, the guide and translation service will be provided for you . And if you are interested, you will cook Chinese food and study Kongfu of Taiji with me together.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
