Overview
The apartment is near Guomao, the CBD of Beijing. There is an art gallery at the apartment. Lots of foreigners live in the apartment.
It is a mature community. Beauty Salon, Gym, Massage, and others are all near the apartment. You can see the new CCTV tower and the new BTV from the window of my house.
The night view is very beautiful. The apartment is about 25 km from the airport and it takes 10 minutes to the Forbidden City by taxi (about 20 RMB Yuan). It is about 600 meters from the subway. You can also rent a bike and ride on it anywhere.
There is a 43'' LCD TV in the room. A three-person sofa is in front of the TV. There is a wardrobe and a desk with bookcase. The kitchen has two cupboards, an induction cooker, a micro-wave oven, and a dining table. So you can cook food at your will.
There is an Ariston roller washer made in Italy in the bathroom. Hot water is available at any time. The chambermaid will clean the room four times each month for free.
