Overview
A warm and lovely apartment which is located in east-city district, the heart of Beijing, China. It is near the second ring road and Ditan Park, close to the Olympic area and the embassy area.
The traffic is very convenient. It is 5 minutes to the subway station by walking. From here, you can reach everywhere to watch the matches easily by walking, by bus or subway,such as the opening and closing ceremony and athletics in National Stadium, swimming in Nation swimming Center, the football and boxing games in the worker's stadium. the beach volleyball in Chaoyang Park, the cycling in Laoshan gym, and so on.
In spare time, you can walk in Ditan Park, also called "the Temple of Earth", with 600 years old that emperores prayed the bumper harvest; and Guozijian,the temple of Confucian, also was the highest institute in Ancient China; and Yonghe Palace, the biggest Lamaism temple in Beijing.
3 bed-rooms and a parlour, a balcony, a kitchen with cookers and a toilet with a tub and a shower. Clean and bright, safety and quiet. When you stay at the balcony, you will be able to watch the firework that hold in the worker's stadium clearly.
There are electric entrance guard, pure wood flooring, the whole set of furniture and all electrical appliances. 24 hours hot water and high-speed internet access can be provided.
Shopping is very convenient, too. There are parking spots, 2 supermarkets, a basketball court and a badminton court nearby.
Now if you, your family and your friends will stay in Beijing from July 1st to september 30th, during Olympic Games, you can book it at the beginning. A regular contract which is allowed by the government has been prepared.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
