Overview
Introduction: it is named with "Gong yuan 2008"(garden 2008) built in 2007,and It's very new!It is a top grade private platform of around 84sqm. The structure is: 2bedroom, 1kitchen(including dining room), 1bathroom,1livingroom.my house is 1f/14,very cool in summer and two rooms to south,you can fully enjoy the sunshine!
Furniture:All of the furniture is new.including air condition, refrigerator, two TV, DVD,psp,washing machine, security service,2 doube beds.if you need,i can also provide computer(with wide band) and bicycles!
Location: it is near to Bird Nest Center.5 minuts walking to No.5 subway station and 10 minutes to No.13 subway station.there is so much bus way to Bird Nest Center.and you can choose to go by bus or take taxi or even by bicycle.and what's important,the environment around my apartment is very nice and the establishment around is very good!and you will find that living here is so comvenient!supermarket is near my home!
So i want to Rent my Super luxurious 2BR apt in Olympic area during 2008 Olympic Games ,and i have two schedule:
schedule 1: you can rent the whole apartment with your friends.and you are free here and the rent is about 2000rmb per day, or 40,000 rmb for whole olympic period.
schedule 2: you can rent one room, living with us. It's good for both of us.we can learn from each other,and you will know the chinese culture and learn chinese and we can prepare chinese dishes for you.Sounds wonderful,doesn't it? And the rent is 30,000 rmb for whole olympic period.My family can take you for a visit in weekend.I think we will be good friends!
