This quiet,clean and safe,fully furnished condo is located in the district of Haidian,which is the academic/scientific/technological center of Beijing,away from the noise and congestion of the central city.It's five-minute walk to Beijing Scientific and Technology University,and five-minute drive to the Olympic Venue(Bird's Nest,Water Cube and etc.).We are:
* 2km(1.3miles) west to the Bird's Nest;
* 13km(8miles) to Tian'anmen Square(City Center)
* 25km(15.5miles) to Airport
* 60km(37miles)to Badaling Great Wall

Our condo is about 70m?which is enough for 3-4 people to live.It offers two bedrooms,a living room,a modern bath,fully equipped kitchen,and a enclosed balcony.Family utilities include:a king bed and a double,a convertible couch,a laptop with DSL internet connection,a flat screen TV,a telephone,air conditioning&heat,a DVD player,a wardrobe,a desk,a lamp,a bookcase,a fridge,an auto washing machine,a purified water dispenser,a microwave oven,a coffee maker,a dinning table and chairs,cooking and eating utensils...Clean towels and bed linen are provided upon your arrival.Beijing guide books and maps are available.We'll offer a mobile phone with local SIM card to you during your stay.Please understand that this is a private home,housekeeping during your stay will be on your own.Smoking inside and pets are not allowed.

*NEIGHBORHOOD*
The community where our condo lies is 24-hour guarded.There is a garden outside the condo where you can see the seniors doing taichi in the morning and go dancing at night;there are kindergarten,primary school,high school nearby,kids say hello to you on the way to school and have snacks at streetside on the way back;you can have a jog or take exercises in the university;10 minutes' walk to a supermarket;banks,bakery,coffee shop,laundry shop and many good restaurants are all around!Staying here will give you a vivid picture of the real life in Beijing and a feeling of living as the locals.
