Situated in the heart of Beijing's central business district. 5 minutes cab ride(US$1.2) to the Guo Mao subway Station or 15 minutes walk. (On the same subway line to most of the tourist attractions)

Our Beijing Apartments are for Short term or Long Term Rentals

Rent includes :
all furnishings, appliances, utilities, linen and towels, basic kitchenware and once a week cleaning service except for : ADSL Wireless Internet (US$20), electricity and one time clean up fee (US$55)

*Toiletries are not included* (But there's a convenience store in each building. A huge Carrie Four Supermarket, KFC, Pizza Hut and an Organic Supermarket are just behind the complex)


Although there has been a big push for China's citizens to learn English in preparation for the Beijing 2008 Olympics, China still has a major English language deficiency. Simple tasks such as catching a cab can be impossible for non-Chinese speakers.

With the China Mobile SIM provided to you by renting our units, all you need to do is swap your overseas SIM card for your Chinese SIM Card, and call us whenever you need assistance catching the cab, ordering food or are having an emergency.

For Rental over 1 week, we will include a China mobile SIM with 50rmb credit, and credit can be easily topped up.
