Description
This luxurious apartment is ideally located between Kings Park and the City Centre. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It boasts fabulous city and park views from the north facing balcony that surrounds the living area and master bedroom, whilst one bedroom has glimpses of the river and the third bedroom overlooks the pool and deck area.

The apartment comes fully equipped and also has TV, home theatre DVD and stereo system; washer/dryer; fully ducted reverse cycle airconditioning. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with oven, fridge and microwave. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the balcony with its own barbecue and outdoor setting and watch a superb sunset.

The apartment is situated 50 metres from Kings Park with its magnificent views and copious nature walks and two minutes downhill walk from the Perth city centre. Bus services located directly outside the apartment provide free transport around the city. All that Perth City has to offer in the way of theatre, restaurants, cafes, riverfront walks, museums, art galleries and shopping is literally on your doorstep.

Things to Do
Start your day with a walk to Kings Park with its magnificent views both by day and by night. This park offers a variety of nature walks, restaurant, cafes and barbecue and picnic areas.

The Perth Central Business District (CBD) is a gentle stroll down the hill. Alternatively ride the free bus services located outside your front door.

Major shopping is at your finger tips. Walk to Harbour Town the latest designer label discount shopping precinct. Major department stores and specialty shopping in Perth City is also within walking distance. You may visit attractions like Parliament House, Perth Museum and Art Gallery, Perth Convention Centre, Perth Mint or the Bell Tower. Hire a bike or a kayak from the Perth foreshore and discover the Swan River. At night time you have easy access to the vast number of theatres, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes all within a short walking distance.

You may care to visit Barrack Street Jetty, go on a wine cruise or take a ferry to Rottnest Island and experience some of Western Australia's best snorkelling bays or perhaps just enjoy having your lunch at one of the wonderful restaurants on the waterfront.

Getting Around
Bus services are located just outside your front door. All bus transport traveling along the length and breath of St George's Terrace and Adelaide Terrace is free.

The Central Transit System (CAT) is a free bus service that circumnavigates the CBD, East and West Perth continuously. The bus stops every 5 to 10 minutes and provides easy access to the train and bus stations. The CAT is also an excellent means to make use of Perth's facilities and attractions.

Perth is 11 kilometres (approximately10- 15 mins) from the Domestic and International terminals. Taxis are readily available and cost about $30. There is also a shuttle bus service available. Hire cars are also readily available and at reasonable rates.

Parking is available in the basement garage or the Visitors Bay in the driveway.
