Overview
LOCATION, LOCATION - Stay a couple of nights, a weekend or have a holiday in our beautiful spacious air conditioned townhouse on the Mandurah Estuary with an easy stroll over the Old Bridge to everything to make your holiday a time to remember. Accommodation for 6 with spacious living and ample room for three families to relax in comfort. Everything for all ages, games and DVDs, wheelchair access to bathroom facilities on ground level.
On the patio enjoy a barbecue, sit and watch the dolphins. Through the sliding doors a spacious dining/living room overlooks the canal and estuary. A galley kitchen with microwave, d/washer, bathroom with shower, vanity basin and toilet, laundry with washing machine + dryer are all situated on the ground level. An enclosed back patio for children to play in safety.
Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with ensuite, queensize bed and balcony overlooking Mandurah estuary. Watch the fireworks. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double and single bed combination bunk, all with views of canal. Across from the two bedrooms is a bathroom with bath, vanity and toilet.
Swim or play on sandy beach, fish or crab from common jetty and moor your boat overnight. As we are the end unit, there is loads of privacy.

Location & area
Our townhouse is probably in the best location in Mandurah with a short walk along the river to town, a shared jetty to park your boat and restaurants just a short walk away. Go out for dinner, see a movie or go clubbing and just wander home. There is also a fun park with rides for the children and swimming with canoes to hire, mini golf and skate park just a 3 minute walk away. Mandurah has a lot to offer with Performing Arts, theatre, winerys and delightful scenery. Crabbing and fishing is a big pasttime in Mandurah.
Perth City is only an 45 minute drive or take the bus approx an 3/4 hour drive from Perth and airport.
