This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, stylishly equipped apartment in inner city Richmond is an ideal alternative to small hotel room for travellers to Melbourne.

Located on Church Street, Richmond, close to the river and with the Chapel Street tram on the doorstep, this apartment is in a secure complex and is conveniently within walking distance of the city, the MCG, the Rod LaverArena, Chapel Street, South Yarra,Crown, and theEast Melbourne neighbourhood. It is arguably the most vibrant and cosmopolitan part of Melbourne.

The Chapel Street tram runs up Church Street andRichmond Station is a short walk away. From Richmond Station, it is a single stop to the city. Alternatively there is an exit off the Citilink Motorway into Church Street, enabling swift and easy access from the airport.

Inside the apartment, the rooms are spacious and airy. The main bedroom with a queen bed has ensuite facilities. The second bedroom has two single beds which can easily be converted into a queen bed if needed. There is a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have separate bath and shower. The kitcheniscontemporary and has a full range of appliances. The living areas combine a lounge and dining room and views in a south westerly direction. There is a laundry and ample storage areas. The apartment has reverse cycle airconditioning, a DVD/VHS, HD television, broadband internet facilities, and a telephone for local calls.

It is a terrific alternative to small hotels, particularly if you are in Melbourne for more than a few days.

This apartment is privately owned and you will be dealing directly with the owner. The daily rate is $250. A discounted rate of $1000 is available for stays of between 5 and 7 days. Rates are negotiable for longer stays.

Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment should be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside this 14 day period will receive a full refund. Bookings made within 14 days will require full payment as promptly as possible. Cancellations made within this period will be paid out if the apartment is rebooked (which usually occurs).

Payments are made can be made by credit card or direct debit using the paypal system. Details will be forward upon booking.
