Overview

Surfers Paradise Holiday Resort 1 plus 1 bedroom units with floor-to-ceiling glass providing fantastic views of the ocean, river, Surfers skyline and the mountains. All mod cons - dishwasher,wash machine, dryer, iron/board, hairdryer etc. Also 2 TVs with Free cable,DVD, stereo, computer workstation with LCD/TV monitor, audio/visual intercom.

Gold Coast Transit Centre/Bus Terminal is opposite building - no need for car. Building has kiosk, internet cafe, outdoor pool, BBQ area , indoor pool/spa, sauna, lawn & barefoot bowling. Restaurant, licensed club, bar, pokies.

The Resort's pool & BBQ area is on the riverfront beside a pretty park - a good fishing spot. There is a pontoon here and just across the road is another riverfront
park from where you can take river/canal cruises or hire boats.

Being so centrally situated everything is within a short walking distance - the main Surfers Paradise Beach, shops, banks, exclusive boutiques, nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets, Circle on Cavill ( with Australia's biggest LCD outdoor screen for free sports, entertainment & movies)- all just across the road yet away from the hustle & bustle being on the peaceful river.

The Building is a security building (CCTV)
with ample underground secure parking.
