Overview

Possum Valley is rainforest country about on top of the Great Dividing Range at 1100m ASL. It is borded on two sides by World Heritage listed rainforest. The nearest neighbour is 5 km away. Very quiet, very relaxed, and a chance to experience nature by personal contact. Many birds, possums, tree kangaroos, platypus etc. The cottages are lined with local rainforest timbers, fully self-contained, linen and towels provided so you just bring the food you wish to eat, and strongly recommended is a bottle or two of wine to enjoy on the veranda. The possum prefer red. There is a traditional wood-fired sauna in its own little valley overlooking a dam where platypus may be seen.
