Unique Victorian (c1887) beachside guesthouse/B&B, centrally located in small fishing village on the New South Wales Mid North Coast, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane.

The Heritage is opposite the safe swimming beach of Horseshoe Bay and minutes walk to award winning restaurants and pub.

All 9 rooms are beautifully appointed, including modern ensuites, king size beds and balcony with ocean views to four rooms.

Our onsite cafe is just the place for that leisurely brunch or long lunch while taking in the ocean view.

South West Rocks caters for water sports such as diving, game fishing, surfing, kayak or canoeing.

National Parks, where you will see kangaroos, kookaburras and many other unique birds and animals including whales (in season) and dolphins.
