Overview
Our home has a relaxed atmosphere, where you can enjoy time viewing sporting and history memorabilia from Australia and around the world.
Each bed room opens onto large veranda's with facing views of the northern beaches and bay. Rooms have either King or Queen beds, spa or shower, plus much more
We are located in the heart of Narooma within the CBD area, just off the Princes Highway. This makes us very local to shopping, clubs, golf, beaches and other entertainment facilities, which are all within easy walking distance.
If you require bookings for golf, sightseeing trips, fishing, diving, manicure, massage etc, these can be made in advance for you.
If arriving into Moruya by plane to enjoy a relaxed non driving weekend, we will pickup and return you, by shuttle. Private car parking is located at the rear of the building along with motor cycle, undercover lockup parking.

Set on the second level, rooms have views of the northern beaches and bay. Rooms are fitted with tinted glass windows that lead on to large veranda's. Inclusions are, en suite, king or queen beds, shower or spa, mini fridge, flat panel TV's, DVD player, tea making equipment, hair dryer, DVD library and wake up call.
Rooms are sound proofed and fully insulated to try and ensure a peaceful nights sleep. Each room has it own guest controlled heating. Beds are fitted with woolen under lays, electric blankets and quality linen.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
