Tucked away amidst the serene greenery of Rawai’s rubber plantation and the beauty of the mountain range beyond, Villa Wayukita provides convenient access to both the beaches and local towns and villages. Set in a private cul-de-sac between several other villas and is close to a small tennis club with bar facilities, the villa comprises 3 bedrooms, all furnished in a contemporary tropical style and each with spacious bathrooms. The living areas are light and airy with direct access to the large pool deck and sala area, and the modern kitchen and fittings would satisfy the most ardent visiting chefs. The excellent beaches of Nai Harn, Yanui, Rawai and Friendship beach can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car, whilst the boating and ferry facilities of Chalong Pier are only a few minutes away.
